Wioletta Malysa has held responsibilities with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois in Chicago as government program care manager for more than a decade. She manages an extensive caseload of members who possess waiver benefits and helps ensure that coverage gaps and barriers to care are addressed. Wioletta Malysa also coordinates home services and delivers assistance with patients’ post-hospital discharge needs. She provides timely, relevant education to members and their relatives, and assists in scheduling appointments and setting up quality services and care.
Ms. Malysa holds an AA in nursing, earned at Moraine Valley Community College. She has wide-ranging experience as registered nurse (RN) spanning administrator on-call, shift supervisor, case manager, and charge nurse. A certified dementia practitioner, she is also conversant in joint and spine treatments and is qualified to provide life-saving CPR. Ms. Malysa takes pride in ensuring that diverse patients attain maximum health outcomes.
